The company contains with itself a huge man power and professionals in the form of Engineers, Managers, Environmental Experts and good support of staff. Spearheaded by the dynamic board of Directors and able team effort of a dedicated workforce to work under pressure with the reliability. M/s. Lahari Constructions is a partnership firm established in the year 2003 and was dealing with our bank since last few years also. Sri Ch Srinivas Rao and Ch Rama Devi are the partners of the firm. Both the partners Mr. Ch Srinivas Rao and Ch Rama Devi are having banking connection with us since many years in the form of their sister concerns. The firm has initially started off as a small real estate unit in the year 2003, used to construct residential apartments. After some years they have constituted another 3 partnership firms in the name of M/s Lahari Projects, M/s Lahari Venturs and M/s Lahari Properties and with the amalgamation of Lahari Constructions and Lahari Ventures, they have incorporated private limited company in the name of M/s Lahari Infra Projects (India) Private Limited in the year 2010 and also they entered to Government contract in related to construction of buildinds, auditoriums, schools, offices and also road works with Medical, Tourism, Tribal, R & B , Panchayat Raj, Housing departments. As the promoters of the firm have foreseen an opportunity of venturing into the business of execution of Govt contract related woks. The firm has executed its first project of construction of residential apartments at Moosapet, Kukatpally, in the name of Lahari Estates under M/s Lahari Constructions and successfully completed the same within stipulated time with very good quality, until today the same brand name is continuing which leads to successful completion of many projects under Lahari Constructions, Lahari Ventures, Lahari Properties and Lahari Projects, As the firm’s has foreseen an opportunity and started expanding the business in the field of Government works
